What are your
hours of operation?
We are open Monday thru Friday from 7:00 AM until
5:30 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM, and Sunday 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM.
Do you sell any of the equipment that you
currently rent?
May it be new or used, everything is always for sale at
Black Hawk Rental.
Do you sell new
equipment?
YES! At Black Hawk Rental we are a full service dealer on
many different brands of equipment. Everything from Stihl Outdoor Power
Equipment to Genie Man Lifts. Stop in, or give us a call for product

Do you have an after
the hours EMERGENCY phone number?
We do have a phone that is answered
24/7 for any emergencies that may occur out of normal operating hours. Call

Do you offer delivery
and pick up?
Yes. We offer a delivery and pick up service for any of
the items you may want to rent or purchase. There is a charge for this service
depending on the location of the delivery/pick up. Just give us a call, and we
will be happy to let you know what those charges may be.
How old do you have to be to rent?
The invoice that
our customer must sign is a legal, binding contract, therefore the customer
must be 18 years or older. There are no exceptions.
Can I reserve a piece of equipment I would like to rent for
a particular day, and if so, when should I make my reservation?
Yes you
can reserve the item you would like. To ensure product availability, we
recommend the sooner the better. Equipment availability varies from season to
season as well as the day of the week.
What is
your rental rate policy?
Rental rates are charged for time out
regardless of the time used. There are no rental rate reductions given for
equipment rented and then not used. We offer a variety of different rates to
accommodate your project:
- 2 hour rates are a 2 hour possession (select
items).
- 4 hour rates are a 4 hour possession (select
items).
- 1 Day rates are a 24 hour possession and
include 8 hours on metered equipment.
- Weekly rates are a 7 consecutive day
possession and include 40 hours on metered equipment.
- Monthly rates are a 28 consecutive day
possession and include 160 hours on metered equipment
- Overnight rates are a 1/2 Day (4 hour) rate
that is charged for overnight possession. Items must be picked up 1 hour before
closing and returned within 1 hour after opening on the next open day to
receive this rate. 4 hours are included on metered equipment.
